Yes. Ontario regulations require a 19+ adult to be present. Your courier will verify age with valid government-issued photo ID and the payment method at the door before handing over any cannabis products.

Government-issued photo ID that proves you’re 19+ (e.g., driver’s licence, passport, provincial photo card). Expired, photocopied or digital images of ID aren’t accepted.

Yes—if they’re 19+ and at the delivery address with valid government-issued photo ID. The credit card also needs to be present at the moment of delivery to prevent fraud. We can’t leave cannabis at the door or with minors.

Yes. If your building restricts elevator/floor access, please meet the courier in the lobby or at the main entrance. Have your 19+ ID and credit card ready for verification.

Yes. Orders arrive in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. Product details are not visible from the outside.

Delivery runs daily, 9am–11pm across our service areas. Most orders arrive in under 1 hour; exact ETA and tracking are shown at checkout once your order is confirmed.

We currently serve Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Hamilton, Burlington, Milton and Oshawa. Oakville deliveries are fulfilled by our Mississauga store for fastest arrival. See each city page for local details.

We do not charge a delivery fee after a minimum order is met. Any fees will be shown before you place your order at checkout.

Your courier will check a valid 19+ government-issued photo ID and may confirm the name matches the order and the credit card. If age can’t be verified, the delivery can’t be completed and a redelivery or cancellation may apply.

If no eligible 19+ recipient is available, we can’t leave the order. We’ll attempt to contact you; a redelivery fee or cancellation may apply based on the situation.

We accept all main credit cards, and all available payment options are shown at checkout. Select your preferred method there. Tipping is optional where available.
