Exchange and return policy

At Kindling, we take pride in offering high-quality cannabis products with a professional retail experience. Due to strict industry regulations and the sensitive nature of cannabis products, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or is no longer in its original state and sealed packaging. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers and to ensure compliance with federal and provincial cannabis laws.
Exceptions may apply in the rare event that a product is:

  • Received in damaged condition prior to opening, or

  • Found to have a clear manufacturer defect or quality issue.

If you believe your product qualifies for an exception, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase. To initiate a review, please provide the original receipt, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
All return requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and approved resolutions may include a product replacement, full or partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.
