Kindling Cannabis Ticket Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Kindling Cannabis Inc.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry, where lawful.

This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to participate in this giveaway in their jurisdiction.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors, agents, and immediate household members of Kindling Cannabis Inc. are not eligible to enter or win.

The selected entrant must provide valid government-issued photo identification confirming their age and identity before being confirmed as the winner.

3. Contest Period

The giveaway begins on  June 11th, 2026 and ends on August 6th, 2026.

Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is required to enter, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter, eligible individuals must create or log in to their free shopkindling.ca account and complete their profile preferences during the Contest Period. Individuals must be nineteen (19) years of age or older to create a shopkindling.ca account and participate in the giveaway.

By completing their profile preferences and entering the giveaway, entrants agree to receive promotional emails and other commercial electronic messages from Kindling Cannabis Inc. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Kindling’s emails.

Once the profile preferences are completed, entrants will receive a confirmation email confirming their entry.

Limit of one (1) entry per person.

No cannabis purchase, cannabis accessory purchase, store visit, delivery order, product review, Google review, loyalty program purchase, or any other payment or transaction is required to enter or win.

Duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent, altered, or ineligible entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won.

The prize consists of two (2) tickets to a Toronto Blue Jays vs. New York Yankees game, including the food and non-alcoholic beverage pass and in-seat service included with those tickets.

Approximate retail value of the prize: $2500 CAD.

The prize consists only of the two (2) tickets and the food, non-alcoholic beverage, and in-seat service benefits included with those tickets.

Flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, parking, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, travel documents, insurance, taxes, fees, and all other costs or expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

If the winner or guest cannot attend the game for any reason,cash, credit, substitute prize, reimbursement, or compensation will not be provided.

The prize does not include cannabis, cannabis accessories, discounts, store credit, loyalty points, gift cards, or any cannabis-related product or service.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted except by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Tickets and related benefits are subject to all applicable ticket terms, venue rules, league rules, team rules, availability, and event policies.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

7. Winner Selection

On or about August 8th, 2026 the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided through their shopkindling.ca account.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 48 hours, does not provide required identification, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, cannot lawfully accept the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the selected entrant may be disqualified and the Sponsor may randomly select another eligible entrant.

8. Age Verification

Kindling Cannabis is a licensed cannabis retailer. This giveaway is intended only for adults who are nineteen (19) years of age or older.

The Sponsor may require age and identity verification before confirming the winner or releasing the prize. Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in disqualification.

9. Cannabis Compliance Statement

This giveaway is not conditional on the purchase of cannabis, cannabis accessories, or any other product or service.

No entry, benefit, prize, or advantage is provided as an inducement for the purchase of cannabis or cannabis accessories.

This giveaway is intended only for adults who are nineteen (19) years of age or older and is not intended to promote cannabis use, excessive consumption, or cannabis use by persons under 19 years of age.

The prize does not include cannabis, cannabis accessories, or any cannabis-related product or service.

10. Marketing Consent

By entering this giveaway and completing your shopkindling.ca profile preferences, you agree to receive promotional emails and other commercial electronic messages from Kindling Cannabis Inc., including messages about products, offers, promotions, store updates, delivery, and cannabis retail services.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Kindling’s commercial electronic messages.

Commercial electronic messages from Kindling will include required sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism.

Marketing consent is part of the giveaway entry process. No purchase is required to enter, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected for this giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant, award the prize, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

12. No Affiliation

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Toronto Blue Jays, New York Yankees, Major League Baseball, MLB, Rogers Centre, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, the Ontario Cannabis Store, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any of their respective owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, or agents.

All team names, league names, venue names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the prize.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kindling Cannabis Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, cancellation, postponement, or inability to use the prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, fraudulent, or technically defective entries.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any cost, loss, or expense incurred by a winner or guest in connection with travel, accommodation, transportation, parking, meals, event access, cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or inability to attend the game.

14. Right to Cancel or Modify

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, regulatory concerns, legal restrictions, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or lawful operation of the giveaway.

15. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
