One of our friendly couriers, who areall paid a living wage, will deliver your subscription or delivery order. We are safe and discrete (no obvious markings, clothing, or packaging).
Where do you deliver?
Subscriptions: GTA Wide (City of Toronto, Durham, York, Peel, York) or Toronto, Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, Etobicoke, North York, East York, Scarborough.
On-demand (1-hour) delivery: All of Downtown Toronto (10KM radius from distribution HUB – 1567 Dundas street West)

Do I need to be home when my box arrives?
Yes, due to ON cannabis law you must be home at the time of delivery to receive your subscription/on-demand delivery and present your identification. We make it super easy by giving you ample notice ahead of your planned delivery window. You’ll receive a tracking link on the day of your delivery. If for some reason you can’t make your delivery, please text our Kindling Concierge (TM) number ( 416-792-2447)
What happens if I'm not home when my box arrives?
We will always give you ample notice on when your subscription or delivery is packed, leaves for delivery, and is close. You can even track your courier live! But if you can’t make it we understand and can reschedule your delivery, just text the Kindling Concierge (TM) line to let us know!
Will delivery be discreet?
Yes. We utilize low profile vehicles and packaging.
How do I schedule my delivery?
Deliveries are made from 9AM until 11PM on Friday.
Are there any delivery fees?
Never. The price you see on the website is the price that will be charged to your card and delivered to your door.
Are taxes included in the purchase price?
No, taxes (HST 13%) are additional to the listed price.
Are you licensed?
Kindling is a fully licensed CROL (Cannabis Retail Operators’ License) entity operating within all provincial guidelines outlined by the OCS (Ontario Cannabis Store) and AGCO (Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario).
What is your refund policy?
Due to cannabis law, we do not allow returns or substitutions of products to Kindling or any Kindling brand partners and/or vendors. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of Products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any Product, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within two (2) weeks of receipt of your box (date based on delivery confirmation receipt). Any refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be submitted prior to Sunday at midnight (12:00AM) for that week’s order.
How do I cancel?
To cancel your Subscription, please head over to your Account details, and then click Manage Membership, and you’ll be able to hit Cancel.

What is your license number?
What if I want to change the products for my order?
Change the products in your subscription as few or as much as you like (we just want you to be happy!). We just ask you do so by Sunday 12AM the week prior to your delivery.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes! Kindling uses only 100% recyclable materials for our discrete packaging. It’s made out of 100% recycled material and all of the ink used is soy-based and non-toxic.
