Who delivers?

One of our friendly couriers will delivery your order.  We are safe and discrete (no obvious markings, clothing, or packaging).

Where do you deliver?

On-demand (1-hour) delivery: All of Downtown Toronto (10KM radius from distribution HUB – 1567 Dundas street West).

Downtown (1 hour delivery)

  • M6 is $20 min purchase for free delivery
  • M5 is $30 min purchase for free delivery
  • M4 & M8 $50 min purchase for free delivery

Under the minimum order spend for your area will be apply a $5 fee.

We do our best to deliver in the hour. Delays can happen due to the nature of downtown nuances - traffic, weather and order volume all play factors. We do our best to reach out in the event we are running behind but feel free to call us at (416) 792 - 2447 for more information.

Do I need to be home when my order arrives?

Yes, due to ON cannabis law you must be home/present at the time of delivery to receive your on-demand delivery/shipment and present your identification & original method of payment. We make it super easy by giving you ample notice ahead of your planned delivery window. You’ll receive a tracking link on the day of your delivery. If for some reason you can’t make your delivery, please call us to reschedule. (416-792-2447)

Why do you need to see ID & original method of payment (credit card)?

Due to ON cannabis law you must be home/present at the time of delivery to receive your on-demand delivery/shipment and have your government-issued ID & original method of payment to show upon delivery. (The person ordering must be the person picking up).

ID is to confirm legal age as well as ensure you are the one who placed the order with the matching credit card for the order.

If either/both are not provided - we will not be able to fulfill the order/delivery and will refund the order.

How does Ontario Shipping work?

Any orders placed on weekdays before 4pm will be sent out that day. Any orders after 4pm will be shipped out the following business day.

We can only ship accessories and apparel at this time.

Please ensure your ID matches the name on the package to avoid any delays in receiving your order.

Will delivery be discreet?

Yes.  We utilize low profile vehicles and packaging.

How do I schedule my delivery?

At checkout, you can select a date and time frame. Deliveries are made from 9AM until 11PM daily. We ship out any mail orders daily.

How do I track the status of my order?

Make sure you don't unsubscribe from our SMS communications or emails - to ensure our drivers than communicate with you or we reach out!

We offer free delivery with order minimums!

Are taxes included in the purchase price?

No, taxes (HST 13%) are additional to the listed price.

Do I need to tip?

We have an option to tip and these tips are given to the delivery driver. They get 100% of their tips. Gratuity is always appreciated.

Are you licensed?

Kindling is a fully licensed CROL (Cannabis Retail Operators’ License) entity operating within all provincial guidelines outlined by the OCS (Ontario Cannabis Store) and AGCO (Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario).

What is your refund policy?

Due to cannabis law, we do not allow returns or substitutions of products to Kindling or any Kindling brand partners and/or vendors. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of Products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any Product, please contact us athello@shopkindling.ca. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within two (2) weeks of receipt of your box (date based on delivery confirmation receipt). Any refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes! Kindling uses only 100% recyclable materials for our discrete packaging. It’s made out of 100% recycled material and all of the ink used is soy-based and non-toxic.
