How to make cannabis-infused honey

Making cannabis-infused honey is relatively simple and can be done in a few steps. Here's a basic recipe to get you started:


  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 gram decarboxylated cannabis


  1. Grind your cannabis into small pieces or use a cannabis grinder to make it easier to infuse.
  2. In a double boiler or heat-safe glass bowl set over a pot of simmering water, combine honey and cannabis.
  3. Stir occasionally and let the mixture simmer for about 2-3 hours. Be sure to keep the heat low to avoid boiling the mixture, which can negatively affect the potency of the cannabis.
  4. After 2-3 hours, remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake country biscuits for 30 mins, and brush with melted honey-butter.
  2. In a medium saucepan, add oil on medium heat. Meanwhile, add flour to a medium bowl with a few spices, mix well, and add chicken breast.
  3. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, giving it a good coating, and fry until golden brown. Set it aside.
  4. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Fry them until golden brown and crispy. Set them aside.
  5. Take the biscuits out of the oven, slice them in half, and spread Chick-Fil-A sauce on both sides of the biscuits. Add lettuce, chicken breast, caramelized onions, and more sauce if desired.
  6. Drizzle the canna-honey over the sandwich and serve hot with a side of crispy potato chips.
