Cannabis Infused Salsa


  • 4 lb. Thinly sliced pork chops
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • Juice of 3 limes, divided
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 pineapple, cut and diced
  • Cannabis Oil 
  • 1/2 small yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 lime
  • 8 corn tortillas


  • Method:

    1. In a medium-sized saucepan, add the pork. In a medium bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, juice of 2 limes, garlic powder, chili powder, and cayenne. Mix together into a thick paste and spread it all over the pork.
    2. Cook on high for 1.5-2 hours or until the pork is tender and easy to shred.
    3. While the pork is cooking, prepare the pineapple salsa. In a bowl, combine diced pineapple, juice of 1/2 lime, cannabis infused oil, sliced onions, fresh parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well.
    4. Once the pork is ready, shred it using two forks.
    5. Let it cool, and add one of our cannabis oil options.
