Avb: A Key Ingredient you Need for your Homemade Edibles Game

Are you a fan of edibles? Adventuring with brownies and baked-goods alike infused with your favourite 19+ substance? But maybe not so adventurous when it comes to making them yourself for fear that your afternoon sesh won’t be the only time some major ‘burning’ takes place? Have no fear. Already vaped bud (avb) is here!

Guide to Using Already Vaped Bud (AVB) – The Chill Bud

That’s right, avb isn’t some fancy ingredient, it’s just short for already vaped bud. So, this means that the dry herb bud you may have been using in a vaporizer this very afternoon could help with getting something other than just yourself so easily ‘baked’. Using avb can help your homemade edibles dreams come true and not to mention, help you get more bang for your buck as you learn how to repurpose the bud that you thought was kaput. Let’s face it, in 2023 we’re here for simplicity and zero-waste efficiency. So, let’s take a look at some essentials for using avb in edibles.

Despite any baking weaknesses you might have, we know that you can follow these important steps:

  1. Activate the THC and cannabinoids in your bud through decarboxylation
  2. Choose your favourite fat-saturated baking substance – the higher the fat content, the better (for THC absorption purposes)
  3. Crush your decarboxylated bud and combine it well with your chosen fat-saturated baking substance

We know what you’re thinking “Oh no…decarboxylation?! That sounds complicated! What type of kitchen endeavor do I need to go on for that?” But as you’ve probably guessed, we’re here to talk about making your homemade edibles experience simpler, so the answer is – you don’t. Now, you might have heard about decarboxylating your bud by heating it up in an oven or by using some other kitchen method, which quite frankly has you pretty frightened. But alas, we can refer back to the vaporizer we mentioned before as your very own ‘mini oven’ for the decarboxylation process. While vaping, you’re heating and therefore decarboxylating your bud at the same time, and there you have it– your avb ready to go for your homemade goods (yay!). All you really need is the hat and you can call yourself chef.

Now that the ‘complicated’ stuff is out of the way, you can get to whipping up new edibles recipes of your own or take advantage of a classic like the firecracker, which only requires a few simple ingredients you may already have in your cupboard (graham crackers or saltines and peanut butter). If you don’t have these items hanging around your kitchen we would suggest taking a walk over to your nearest grocery or convenience store and bringing your vape along to get the whole baking process started a little early (no pun intended)! Bon appétit!
