  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-onc
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp lite soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 small onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups parboiled rice
  • 2 tbsp ginger, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp lemongrass paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 drops lemongrass CBD oil
  • 4 drops THC Reign Drops oil



  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions until firm and soft. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fish sauce, lite soy sauce, green onions, minced garlic, roughly chopped onion, ginger, sesame oil, lemongrass paste, and CBD oil. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken to the mixing bowl, making sure to coat each piece of chicken with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes,or overnight for best results.




  1. In a large skillet, heat up some oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the chicken in the skillet, skin side down, and let cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, make the marinade/sauce by adding water and chicken stock to the mixing bowl with the remaining marinade. Set aside.
  3. Once the chicken is crispy, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until translucent. Then, add the marinade/sauce mixture to the skillet and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken back into the skillet with the sauce, and let cook for an additional 3 minutes while basting the meat with the sauce.
  6. To serve, plate the chicken on top of the rice and pour the remaining sauce over the top. Enjoy while hot.
